Our Cabins and Rates for 2010

We pride ourselves on our clean "housekeeping" style cabins. The only thing between your cabin and your dock is our exceptional level grass yard and huge sandy beach. It is the perfect setting for a safe lakeside vacation. Click here to see the layout of our resort.

Cabins are equipped with the following: dishes, cups and glasses, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster and microwaves and linens. Grills, picnic tables and lawn chairs are located throughout the resort.

Large three bedroom cabin with one queen and two double beds.  This cabin has separate living, dining and kitchen areas and a bathroom with a tub and shower.  There is carpet and knotty pine throughout.    This cabin sleeps 6 comfortably. Weekly: $975.00 Daily: $195.00

This unique cabin suite has two double beds.  It has an open floor plan with a ¾ wall that separates the sleeping area from the rest of the cabin and a bathroom and a shower. There is carpet and knotty pine throughout.  This cabin sleeps four comfortably. Weekly: $750.00 Daily: $150.00

Off Peak Rates:
If you would enjoy coming during a quieter time of the year, our Off Peak Rates might interest you. May 1st to June 13th, 2010 and August 15th to October 2nd, 2010, our rates are $90.00 per night for two people with a two night minimum. Each additional person is only $10.00 per night, with the same two night minimum.

Our cabins are “HOUSEKEEPING” cabins, which means you are the housekeeper.  Cleaning supplies are provided to help you maintain your cabin.  Our cabins are neat and clean when you arrive and should be left in similar condition when you leave.

Cabins are equipped with the following: dishes, cups, and glasses, silverware, pots and pans, coffee makers, toaster, Microwaves, and linens.  Grills, picnic tables and lawn chairs are located throughout the resort.   Personal items you need to bring are towels, washcloths, soap and shampoo.

Parking and dock space is limited.  Each cabin is allowed one dock space which will be assigned and two parking spaces near their cabin.  Extra boats and vehicles will be assigned to an area.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• NO PETS ALLOWED IN CABINS OR ON PROPERTY, PLEASE.
  
• NO SMOKING IN CABINS, PLEASE.
  
• An Extra Person(s) charge will be enforced.  Extra person fee is $10.00 per person, per day.  Each Cabin will be limited to how many people will be allowed in a particular cabin.  Extra people must be pre-approved, NO exceptions.
  
• A Deposit of $150.00 per cabin is required for all cabin rentals.  This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  
• If you want to leave a contact number with family or friends during your stay with us, you may give them 1-218-732-4639.
  
• Messages will be taken only.  Return calls can be made with a calling card only if used on our business line.  Calls are limited to three minutes.
  
• We have a limited number of life jackets, they are available on a first come first serve basis.
  
• High chairs and a crib are available on first come first serve basis.
  
• Bedding is supplied for all cabins beds except for the baby crib.  A $5.00 fee is charge for extra linen.
  
• No towels or washcloths are provided.
  
• Washer and dryer available for small fee.  Soap and fabric softener is also available for small fee.
  
• Row boats available upon requests for a small fee.  Limited availability.
  
• Any guests of the resort, having guest visiting, MUST have those guests register in the office immediately upon their arrival.  A visitor fee will be charged to your account.  We also reserve the right to limit the number of visitors you may have at any one time.
  
• No visitors will be allowed to use resorts water toys.
  
• Sorry, no home air-conditioners will be allowed in cabins.

Check-In time is 3:00 P.M.     Check-out time is No later then 9:00 A.M.
