Our Cabins, Rates and Reservations

RESERVATION INFORMATION

Cabin and campground availability is posted online for your convenience.  If you do not see the availability you are looking for please give us a call at 218-732-4639 or send an Email.   Reservations do change and we would be happy to place you on our wait list.

When you are ready to book call or e-mail us.  You may pay your deposit with a personal check.  We also accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.  We will hold a cabin for 10 days to allow time for your monies to reach us.  A credit card deposit will be required for all reservations booked less then 21 days prior to arrival.

OUR CABINS

We pride ourselves on our clean "housekeeping" style cabins. The only thing between your cabin and your dock is our exceptional level grass yard and huge sandy beach. It is the perfect setting for a safe lakeside vacation. Click here to see the layout of our resort.

Cabins are equipped with the following: dishes, cups and glasses, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster and microwaves and linens. Grills, picnic tables and lawn chairs are located throughout the resort. We have a loaner closet where you can borrow an item to use during your stay.   We have a blender, electric mixer, crockpot, pancake griddle, iron and ironing board and will be adding other items as needed.

Large three bedroom cabin with one queen and two double beds. This cabin has a separate living, dining and kitchen area and a bathroom with a large shower.  There is carpet and knotty pine throughout.    This cabin sleeps six comfortably, eight maximum. . Weekly: $1085.00   Daily: $215.00

This unique cabin suite has two double beds and a bathroom with a shower.  The cabin has an open floor plan with a ¾ wall that separates the sleeping area from the rest of the cabin. There is carpet and knotty pine throughout.  This cabin sleeps four comfortably, five maximum. Weekly: $795.00 Daily: $155.00

Large one bedroom cabin with a queen bed in the bedroom.  This cabin has an open floor plan with a patio door off the dining area. The bathroom has a shower but no bathtub.  There is an additional sleeping room with twin beds that can be pushed together to make a short king.  The cabin has carpet and knotty pine.    This cabin sleeps four comfortably, five maximum.  Weekly: $725.00   Daily: $145.00

2012 Off Peak Rates:  May 10th to June 8th and August 11th to September 30th

DEPOSIT

           Cabins:

• Prime Season (Jun 9 to Aug 10) a deposit of $250 on a one or two bedroom, $350 on a three bedroom cabin is required.
• Fall and Spring (May 10 to Jun 8 and Aug 11 to Sept 30) a deposit of $150 per cabin is required.
  
  Campground:

• A deposit of $75 per week or $50 for stays less than seven nights is required.

CANCELLATION

           Cabins and Campground

• Your deposit, less a $50 service charge, will be refunded IF we are able to re-rent your cabin at the full rate for the entire period of time you reserved.  You are liable for the cost of the reservation if you cancel within 90 days of arrival and we are unable to re-book the space.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All rentals subject to 6.875% sales tax
• Extra person charge:
  $100/week/person or $20/night/person (Peak)
  $50/week/person or $10/night/person (Spring and Fall)
• Children age one and under stay FREE
• Saturday to Saturday during Prime Season
• Three night minimum stay during Spring and Fall Season.  When available three night minimum on close in reservations during Prime Season.
• Short stays welcome on close-in reservations during Prime Season
• Daily visitors are welcome but must register at the office immediately upon arrival.  We reserve the right to charge for visitors and to limit the number of visitors you may have at any one time.
• Bedding is supplied for all cabin beds, except the baby crib.  There is a $5.00 fee for extra linen. Towels and wash cloths are NOT provided.
• Washer and Dryer available for a small fee.
• No Pets Allowed.
• All cabins are non-smoking.  Smoking on the grounds is permitted but please be respectful of all other guests.
• Home air-conditioners are not allowed in the cabins.  Small fans are permitted.
• Cabin rental or campground rental includes use of one dock space for your own boat.  Additional dock space may be rented based on availability.

Check-In time is 3:00 P.M.     Check-out time is No later then 9:00 A.M.
