Recognized Fishing
In
May of 1999 the Minneapolis Star and Tribune compiled a list of the top 12 places
to fish for walleyes during Minnesota's fishing opener. Number twelve on their
list were Upper and Lower Bottle lakes. The only thing
is that some one forgot to tell the fish. Those that went out at 4:30 a.m. got
their limit. Those that went out at 5:30 a.m. did not.
